Wage: $18–$24 per hour (based on experience)
Tunnel49 Automotive is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Writer to join our team! If you possess strong computer skills, knowledge of cars and parts, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs
- Prepare accurate service orders and estimates based on technician input
- Facilitate clear communication between customers and the service department
- Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of cars, parts, and automotive services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy environment
Work Schedule:
- Afternoon shifts and full-day Fridays required
