OUTDOOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE person, to work independently while performing light duty construction and renovations at owner’s rural log residence in the Fernie area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successful applicant should have some experience with hard landscaping, construction, and/or woodworking
- Skill level and years of experience flexible
- Having own transportation would be helpful, but not necessary
DUTIES:
- Scope of work includes sanding, staining, and weatherproofing
- Exterior maintenance of weathered building components
- Assistance in large garden construction and maintenance
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
