Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Function as the communication hub of the firm, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while establishing a professional relationship with clients.
-Answer phone calls, book appointments, receive client information and respond to client requests
-Perform a variety of administrative tasks in an efficient and organized manner and support management in additional duties
-Protect confidential client information
Skills and Characteristics
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Ability to learn quickly, be dependable and able to prioritize
-Ability to follow directions closely and accurately
-Are calm and comfortable when presented with multiple tasks or when working under pressure
-Capable of working independently as well as with a team, with positive energy and perspective
Qualifications:
-Secondary school graduation at minimum
-Experience in data entry, filing, and front desk operations preferable.
-Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
-basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel, Word
-Previous administrative experience is an asset
Schedule: 4 day work week May-December (Monday to Thursday); 5 day work week January -April
Work must be performed at the location with no option to work remotely
Expected start date: 2024-11-04 or as agreed
Pay: $23 to $29 per hour depending on experience.
