Come and stay with us at The Bear Paw Lodge @ Fernie Alpine Resort – fully furnished, including fully stocked kitchen, all linens etc.

This private, self-contained 1 bed 1 bath unit, is perfect for 2 in a quiet complex of 6 units is a short drive to downtown. With a full kitchen + in-suite laundry the unit is great for week or month long stays.

The open floor plan living space is down a short flight of stairs from the entryway. This space offers you a full kitchen, cozy living area with leather sofa in front of a stone gas fireplace and a dining table, perfect for 2. Cable TV and high speed internet is provided. You’ll appreciate the many windows in this space, offering loads of light and views out into the forest. This unit is very private with no onlooking neighbours (aside from the occasional furry kind lol).

The bedroom offers a queen-sized memory foam bed (new in fall 2023), closet and dresser. A 4 piece bathroom and in-suite laundry are conveniently located by the bedroom.

Off the living space is a covered and very private deck, complete with BBQ, looking out across the green space to the forest.

There is outdoor storage for skis and bikes beside the front door of the unit where you can lock up your gear. Please provide your own lock and storage of gear is guests’ risk. (although it’s good to know, this is a very safe neighbourhood!)

This unit is 1 of only 6 in this complex and is perfect for guests looking for a quiet place to retreat at the end of the day. Non partiers please. The neighbours are all very quiet too 😉 Strictly no smoking, vaping or pets. Thank you.

Note : this unit is accessed off a set of stairs, down from the parking lot and there is a second set of stair from the mudroom/entry into the main unit. The living spaces of the unit are all one floor.
